Product support

We are unable to offer support for certain products that are now out of warranty, these include:

- Ava Media products including, Rip n Plays, Zara's and Maestro's. 

- Home Servers including, T7 and T2e Harmony, SQA-5H and Leo Servers

- Media Centers Including, MMC12, and Media Ones

The main reason for our inability to is the fact that due to the age of these products the hardware used in them is no longer made, also with staff changes over the years our current support staff do not have the knowledge to support these legacy products.
